Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop and click on any items that you wish to buy adding them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout", and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to process your requirements.
If you would like to open a credit account, and be able to place orders online, please contact us for further details.
We accept most major credit/debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping within the UK mainland is just £8.00 per order (excluding VAT).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for the supply of goods unless both invoice and delivery addresses are within the UK.

Delivery Schedule
We will process your order on the day it is received, up to 3.00pm, or the next working day. Delivery will depend upon a number of factors, such as stock at the time of your order or, if licenses, the lead-time dictated by the software vendor for delivery of licenses.
Be assured that we like to expedite orders as quickly as possible. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 4 working days will endeavour to let you know as quickly as we can by email.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 4 working days will endeavour to let you know as quickly as we can by email.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you would rather not send your details across the internet you can select the option to send your credit card details separately, by fax or telephone, if you would prefer.
Privacy Policy
Computer Box Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Data collected by this site is only used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return an item, you must request, by email or phone, a Returns Authorisation Number within 7 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please be aware that items of software in particular must be returned in their original packaging with any seals remaining intact.
When returning goods please remember to include a copy of your original invoice. If this is not possible, make sure that you include your name, address and a telephone number inside the package. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach our store. Please make sure you get proof of postage/delivery as we cannot be held responsible in the event of a lost package.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Remittance Terms
All credit accounts are subject to payment within 30 days of the invoice date unless sepcifically agreed in writing before the order is accepted.
We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on all invoices paid late. |
